Fall Academy 2025

10-14 November 2025 | New York City

The Fall Academy is FES New York’s flagship capacity-building program: an intensive, week-long in-person training designed for emerging political changemakers from across FES’s global partner network. This year, 14 participants representing 14 countries across four continents came together for high-level exchanges with UN diplomats, Secretariat officials, and leading experts from think tanks and NGOs. Their discussions took place at a moment when the UN faces unprecedented financial and political pressures—making their engagement both timely and essential.

The cohort embraced the Academy not only as a learning opportunity but as a platform to forge new alliances and spark future collaborations. By returning home with stronger networks, sharper insights, and renewed energy, participants are poised to advance bottom-up multilateralism in their own countries and contribute to a more inclusive, resilient international system.
