Debt Sustainability in the Global Financial Architecture

This hybrid meeting, co-hosted by FES New York, Jubilee USA Network, and the Initiative for Policy Dialogue (IPD) at Columbia University, brought together the chapter authors of an ongoing project on improving the role of Debt Sustainability Analyses (DSAs) in the Global Financial Architecture and a group of leading experts advising the authors throughout the process on the development of proposals for reform of DSAs. The meeting provided critical feedback prior to finalizing the report to present to governments, G20, G7 and in other fora later in 2023 and in 2024, since the aim of the process is to have a significant impact on the short- and medium-term reform of DSAs. The report will launch in autumn 2023.
